Key Holder Service is ($10/Month)

Keyholder service fees are waived if on a service

• Basic Service starts at $40.00 per week.

Every home and service can be priced different. Please call and allow me to visit the home and give you a free estimate.

• Scheduled additional Appointments $30 plus hourly

• Unexpected Appointments:

• Normal Business Hours $60 plus hourly

• Other times start @ $80.00 plus hourly​​
